Terms & Conditions – Makeup Artist / Beauty Services

Effective: December/2025

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all makeup, beauty and academy services provided by Aria Alsari, hereinafter referred to as “the Service Provider.”

2. Appointments and Bookings
Appointments are only confirmed once they have been accepted in writing (email, WhatsApp, or booking system). The Service Provider reserves the right to decline bookings without giving a reason.

3. Deposits and Payment
A deposit of 25% may be required to secure an appointment.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the service, payable in cash, by card, or via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations must be made in writing.

Up to 72 hours before the appointment: free of charge, deposit will remain with Aria Alsari
Less than 72 hours: 50% of the service price
No-shows without cancellation: 100% of the service price

Any material and travel costs already incurred will also be charged.

5. Late Arrival
If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the service may be shortened or charged in full.

6. Service Delivery
The Service Provider performs all services to the best of their ability and professional standards.
Customers must inform the Service Provider about any allergies or skin conditions before the appointment.
The Service Provider is not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies.

7. Hygiene and Health
Clients with contagious illnesses, open wounds in the facial area, or head lice cannot be treated.
Any resulting appointment loss is at the client’s expense.

8. Liability
The Service Provider is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent.
No liability is accepted for makeup results affected by weather, sweating, tears, transportation, or other external influences.

9. Use of Photos
Photos and videos may only be published with the client’s consent.
Consent can be revoked at any time.

10. Gift Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for three years.
Cash refunds are not possible.

11. Place of Jurisdiction
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the Service Provider’s registered address.

5. Sharing of Data
Data is only shared if legally required or necessary for fulfilling the service (e.g., tax advisor, payment provider).
No data is shared with advertisers.

6. Data Retention
Data is stored only as long as necessary for service delivery.
Tax-related data must be stored for 10 years.

7. Your Rights
You have the following rights at any time:

Rectification
Erasure
Restriction of processing
Data portability
Withdrawal of consent
Complaint to a data protection authority

8. Contact via WhatsApp
If you contact me via WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy rules also apply. This is voluntary.

9. Website & Cookies
When visiting my website, technical data (IP address, browser type, time) may be automatically collected.
Cookies are only used if technically necessary or if you have given consent.

10. Photo & Video Consent
Photos or videos of clients are only published with explicit consent, which can be revoked at any time.
